Who operates this website

This website is operated by Seventh State IT, an independent technology service business serving San Antonio and surrounding areas.

What the contact form collects

When you send a service request, the form collects your name, phone number or email address, the type of help you selected, and the message you provide.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Why the information is collected

Emilio uses this information to understand the problem, respond to your request, discuss possible service, and keep track of whether the request is new, contacted, or closed.

Spam protection and site analytics

The form uses basic abuse controls. A one-way transformed connection identifier is kept for up to two days to limit repeated submissions. ChatGPT Sites also records basic traffic totals such as page views and unique visitors. Seventh State IT does not add advertising trackers to this website.

Where the information is stored

Service requests are stored in the website’s private owner inbox using storage managed through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI and its hosting infrastructure providers process the information as needed to operate the site. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled, so the private inbox is the system of record for submitted requests.

How long requests are kept

Requests remain in the private owner inbox until Emilio deletes them. Records are reviewed and should be removed when they are no longer needed to respond to the request or keep a reasonable service record. No fixed legal retention period is promised by this policy.

Access, correction, or deletion

To ask what contact-form information is on file, correct it, or request deletion, email help@seventhstateit.com. Include enough information to identify the request without sending sensitive information.
